What began as a one-man operation has since grown into a full-service flooring company handling everything from small residential projects to large-scale commercial installations.

Matthew’s journey is especially inspiring because it wasn’t built through traditional paths. As someone who is dyslexic and struggled in school, he discovered his strengths through real-world experience — mastering job costing, understanding profit margins, and building a successful business through instinct, perseverance, and hard work.

Outside of the business, Matthew is a devoted husband to his wife, Dayle, and a proud father to their three children, Cole, Quinn, and Rhea. He’s also passionate about hockey, both as a player and a coach for his son’s team, bringing the same leadership, dedication, and teamwork into every aspect of his life.

Known for being outgoing, funny, and genuinely kind, Matthew has built more than just a flooring company — he’s built a community. He treats his employees like family and values the long-term relationships he’s created over the years, even with those who have moved on after learning and growing under his guidance.
